Danielle Sydnor | We Win Strategies Group, CEO, President Cleveland Branch NAACP
Danielle Sydnor is Founder and CEO of We Win Strategies Group (WWSG). WWSG is a firm dedicated to working with a diverse array of stakeholders to create win-win outcomes for individuals, organizations, and communities. Danielle was most recently the Executive Director of Economic and Community Development Institute (ECDI) Northern Ohio, a statewide CDFI, where she led a multi city team and oversaw, operations, fundraising and stakeholder engagement.
Danielle worked in banking since 2002, including National City Bank, MBNA and Bank of America, with experience in retail banking and management experience in credit card sales, service and lending. Danielle became licensed as a financial advisor with Merrill Lynch in 2011. Danielle continues to draw from all of her professional experiences to build genuine relationships where clients, partners and the community can benefit.
Danielle is the President for the Greater Cleveland Branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP). As President, Sydnor is responsible for fighting for the equality of rights of all persons with a focus on eliminating racial hatred and racial discrimination. Danielle is President of the Board of Trustees at Eliza Bryant Village, and 2nd VP of the National NAACP NEXTGEN Alumni Council, just to name a few. Sydnor holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Phoenix. She is a proud recipient of Crain’s Cleveland 2019 40 Under 40 and a current member of the 2020 class of Leadership Ohio. Danielle is a native of Sacramento, California.
Her family moved to Cleveland, Ohio in 1995. She has since proudly deepened her roots here and lives in Shaker Heights, with her two sons Noah and Giles.
